Artist of the Month, Carla Jones

God will constantly bless you with special people in your life that will help your faith grow. Carla Jones is one of those people. Having shared our testimony on her radio show a few months ago; she has been an integral part of helping our ministry expand. You will normally find her hosting on KJIC radio, volunteering, or recording her music. She is a talented singer and we wanted to give our audience a chance to get acquainted with the woman who contributes so much of herself in doing the Lord's work. "Carla has a special way of expressing her thoughts and feelings through songwriting. She is very passionate about volunteering her time and talents as much as she can to various groups, such as performing for the troops. She performs the National Anthem and patriotic songs every year to an audience from two to three thousand at our country’s military events. And she also sings for the Department of Criminal Justice to those incarcerated in prisons all over the country. She volunteers to entertain and minister as Chaplain’s Assistant in both men’s and women’s units in Texas.
